You may cover just yourself or choose from three other levels of coverage, each at a reasonable price. We also offer dental insurance, flexible spending plans (with health care and dependent care options), and a health savings account with our high-deductible health care plan.
Our paid time off plan starts with 15 paid days off per year and 10 paid holidays. You’ll gain additional paid time off the longer you stay at ARRT.
We offer employer sponsored retirement accounts, including a traditional 401(k) and a Roth option. Our plan matches the first 3% of income you contribute. After a year at ARRT, you’ll be eligible for a generous annual contribution beyond the match.
We provide life insurance equal to your annual salary (with an option to buy supplemental coverage at group rates). In addition, we cover the costs of business travel, accidental death and dismemberment, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance.
Interested in continuing your education? ARRT encourages lifelong learning and growth. We offer tuition reimbursement for both undergraduate and graduate coursework. We also cover some costs of professional seminars, workshops, and conferences.
