  • Postprimary (CT, MR, BD, or VS—using NMTCB as supporting category): $450
  • Postprimary (MR, VS, or BS—using ARDMS as supporting category): $450
  • Imaging Assistant (MR): 
    • Aug. 17 - Sept. 30, 2026: $75 (candidates must sit for the exam Oct. 1 - Nov. 30, 2026)
    • After Sept. 30. 2026: $225 (candidates will be eligible to sit for the exam on or after Jan. 1, 2027)
  • Reinstatement:
    • Online reinstatement (for those who don’t have to re-examine): $150
    • Reinstate of certification and registration by re-examination: $225
