- Aug. 17-Oct.14, 2026: $75 (candidates must take the exam Oct.15-Nov. 30, 2026)
- After Oct. 14, 2026: $225 (candidates will be eligible to take the exam on or after Jan. 1, 2027)
- Reinstatement:
- Online reinstatement (for those who don’t have to re-examine): $150
- Reinstate of certification and registration by re-examination: $225
