IMAGING ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS
The Imaging Assistant (I.A.) credential is ARRT's newest certification and registration offering. It offers entry into the medical imaging profession and requires that applicants are 18+ years old and have a high school diploma or GED. You can earn I.A. credentials in the following disciplines:

EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
In order to complete the education requirement for the Imaging Assistant credential, you must:
- Provide your high school transcript (and GED certificate, if applicable) for academic record verification
- Meet the structured education requirement
- Meet the clinical competency requirement
