If you’re a state licensing candidate, you must contact your state entity to update your personal information.
Otherwise, take the following steps to update your personal information:
- Updates to email address or mailing address: Visit the settings page and scroll to the Update Profile and Settings section. Choose the tab for the type of information you want to update, then follow the instructions on screen.
- Updates to name: Visit the settings page and scroll to the Update Profile and Settings section. Choose the tab for Update Personal Info, then download the Name Change form.
- Corrections to birth date: Mail or fax a signed and dated request with supporting documentation (a copy of your birth certificate or unexpired passport). Make sure your request includes your ARRT ID number.
- Corrections to Social Security number: Mail or fax a signed and dated request with a copy of your Social Security card. Make sure your request includes your ARRT ID number.

Per the ARRT online account user agreement, the account holder is the only authorized user of your account. Unauthorized access may violate the law and the ARRT Rules of Ethics.
We know that sometimes there are extenuating circumstances that make it difficult or impossible for R.T.s to complete ARRT business, but if another person logs in with your credentials to help you complete business on your ARRT account, they risk civil or criminal penalties and/or the revocation of your credentials. Please, don’t risk it. Instead, contact us to discuss your unique situation.
