WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO AN ETHICS HEARING

If you’re under an ethics review, you might be able to move up the effective date of your proposed ethics sanction by waiving your right to a hearing. Some people choose this option because the sooner the sanction starts, the sooner it will end.
