What Do You Think of Us?

At ARRT, we’re always interested in what you think of our policies and our communications with you. This month, you could have up to three ways to let us know your thoughts.

2019 Call for Comments

The ARRT Board of Trustees has proposed changes to our governing documents. We’re also communicating a change to our daily limits for clinical experience requirements.

Until May 31, you may comment on the proposals. Let us know why you support them or disagree. View the proposed changes and rationale. Then, complete this survey.

Website Feedback

We want our website and its applications to be easy for you to use. That’s why some of you may see a pop-up window when you log out of your ARRT account. It leads a random selection of users to a three-question survey that’s both optional and confidential.

The survey asks how your website experience was and what we can do to improve it. To date, we’ve received a lot of positive feedback regarding the ease of navigation and use of the website. We’ve also heard about areas for improvement—such as making some of our online processes easier.

If you don’t see the survey, but you have feedback you’d like to share, send us a message through your online account.

Perception Surveys

This month, we’re sending perception surveys to a random sample of Registered Technologists (R.T.s) and Program Directors. We’re working with Anderson, Niebuhr & Associates (ANA), a market research firm in Minneapolis. ANA will contact customers—by phone, email, and mail—until we have responses from about 400 R.T.s, 350 Program Directors, and 50 Nuclear Medicine Program Directors.

“When I started in 2011, we did a baseline survey to learn how our customers perceive us,” explains Christopher Cook, Director of Strategic Communications. “The results helped us form plans for communications, marketing, and customer service. Now it’s time to remeasure, find out what’s changed, and make adjustments.”

If you’re contacted, please participate. Your opinions are important to us!
