First I.A.(MR) Candidates Take the Exam
This fall, ARRT reached an exciting milestone as the first candidates sat for the inaugural Imaging Assistant, Magnetic Resonance exam.
What makes this milestone especially significant is the broad support behind it. Professionals from across the MR community worked together to define the role, establish standards, and create a credential that helps meet the growing need for qualified individuals supporting MR services and patient care.
ARRT extends its thanks to the many volunteers and contributors whose expertise and dedication helped turn a recognized workforce need into a reality.
As healthcare continues to change, ARRT will keep exploring opportunities to develop credentials that support workforce needs, promote high standards of practice, and support quality patient care.
