To accommodate growth in the number of radiologic technologists that ARRT certifies and registers, we’ll move to a seven-digit identification number on Jan. 13, 2020.

To date, our system has identified people with a number six digits long. That field isn’t long enough for us to continue providing unique numbers for each new candidate.

All new identification numbers will begin with a 1. Existing numbers won’t change.
